YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise stated, payments are made for domain name(s) only. Payments can be made with a Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit, or an escrow service. The options will be made available at check out.
DOMAIN OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
The domain(s) will be transfered to the buyer in 2 options: 1) Account change to the buyer's account at the same registrar; 2) Domain(s) will be unlocked and transfer authorization code provided to the buyer for transfer to a different registrar.
REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will be issued in the unlikely event that a domain becomes unavailable in the course of the purchase. A refund may also be considered in extreme situations where the domain has not yet been transferred or pushed to the buyer's account at the registrar of record.
